This is an ideal position for a skilled Support Engineer Level 2 with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working on an innovative, in-house product. Join a fast-paced, international company, where you’ll support a modern tech stack and work alongside engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer support.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Support Engineer Level 2, you’ll focus on troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing customer support in a fast-paced environment. Here’s a breakdown of your responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve technical issues: Independently troubleshoot and resolve tickets and bugs, ensuring efficient management of error logs and system functionality.
  • Address performance and security challenges: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, manage security authorizations, and handle general product inquiries with a focus on optimization and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team: Work closely with engineers to validate proposed solutions, ensuring technical alignment and successfully resolving complex problems.
  • Engage with customers: Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and effectively address their concerns.

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who can handle technical issues independently and collaborate well with both customers and the engineering team. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Familiarity with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with Linux, with knowledge of other operating systems (especially Windows).
  • Strong analytical mindset to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Flexibility, customer focus, and a passion for working with a modern and innovative tech stack.
  • Fluency in English.

What you can expect:

You will enjoy flexible working hours, training, and home-office possibilities. However, we think these are the most interesting advantages of working at Flowable:

  • Development of a worldwide-known open-source platform: By being involved in a code culture team, based on flat hierarchies, your ideas and expertise will have a direct impact on the development of an innovative, high-impact, product used by well-known international organizations.
  • Our company culture: You will enjoy great team activities such as hackathons, Lunch&Learns, as well as social and sports events. We are an open company with flat hierarchies because we count on people, not titles
  • Career growth: Flowable is a young company where you will be given the room to develop yourself and learn new things intensively while the company grows. Take the opportunity!

Please note that the advertised position is associated with a special position of trust and involves performing specific work in the development of an area governed by cybersecurity regulations. We may request a criminal background check and/or a debt registry report in individual cases during the selection process.
