Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects. In this role, you will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the integration of technical solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development, agile methodologies, and effective communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and evaluate opportunities for Sunrise IT to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organizational performance.
  • Drive and accelerate adoption through change management activities (Change Requests, Communication plans).
  • Define requirements and scope for IT Infrastructure and Business Applications projects.
  • Oversee project execution including personnel assignment, project scheduling, and timely delivery.
  • Provide timely, clear, concise, and complete communications to Sunrise Leadership.
  • Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.
  • Act as the front-line contact with consultants, IT staff, trades, and site staff.
  • Work closely with IT staff to ensure they have the proper resources to successfully execute the project.
  • Oversee multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Define project scope, objectives, key deliverables, and resource requirements. Establish clear timelines and budgets while proactively managing scope changes, risks, and budget constraints.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment, transparency, and collaboration across all project phases.
  • Inspire, mentor, and guide project teams to achieve milestones and high-performance outcomes. Foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Ensure project success by driving execution through the application of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Analyze and define business requirements for project approval, while documenting business requirements, analyzing, and mapping business workflows or processes.
  • Maintain regular communications with team and business stakeholders to ensure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties that may impede progress or compromise project objectives.
  • Maintain detailed status updates, dashboards, and reports to track project progress and present key insights to senior leadership and major stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring effective change management strategies are in place to support user adoption and business continuity.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and application design for enterprise businesses.
  • Experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Experience in Agile project management.
  • 5+ years of implementing IT projects for enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects, delivering all initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.

Please note that the expected new hire salary range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Sunrise Farms. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
