Lead end-to-end EC/National funded project lifecycle while coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.
We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager (Mid-level) with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate end-to-end EC/National funded project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through to deployment and support.
- Business Development: Preparation of inputs for new funding opportunities/ proposals & represent the company in networking events like info days, and matchmaking events.
- Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and refresh relevant information stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare the project documentation, which includes reports, presentations, and updates on the project status.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
- Risk Management: Monitor project risks to implement mitigation strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Conduct project resource planning and allocation to maximize the efficiency of team members
- Technical Support: Provide technical support by leveraging Robotics, AI, and Data Science knowledge.
- Quality Assurance: Be responsible for the quality assurance process by making sure project deliverables meet the specified requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in EC/National funded projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities are essential, particularly when balancing diverse stakeholder needs and project specifications.
- Proficiency in preparing project documentation and communicating with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek, with the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and to navigate stakeholder communications at all levels.
Nice to have
- Exposure to projects involving AI and/or robotics.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2) is a plus.
