About Winona:

Winona is one of the leading telemedicine companies providing HRT for women in menopause. We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

About the role:

As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive product development across our consumer-facing web applications and internal systems. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, growth, and clinical teams to deliver features that scale with our fast-growing user base. This role requires a strong technical foundation, an understanding of e-commerce principles, experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), and a keen sense for building data-informed, user-centric features.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the roadmap for core product areas including onboarding, checkout, medication selection, and account management

  • Collaborate with engineers to write clear, technically sound product specs and tickets

  • Work cross-functionally to launch features that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business KPIs

  • Define tracking requirements and partner with data/marketing teams to ensure robust data collection across platforms (web, email, paid, CDP)

  • Develop lightweight wireframes or prototypes to communicate product requirements and user flows

  • Prioritize work in an agile environment, balancing speed with thoughtful technical implementation

  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights from data, support, and user feedback

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years experience in product management, ideally in a fast-paced startup or DTC/e-commerce environment

  • Background in engineering, computer science, or a technical field (or hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams)

  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience running sprints

  • Experience with tracking/analytics frameworks, CDPs (e.g., Segment, RudderStack), and event schema management

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions

  • Familiarity with e-commerce or subscription-based product flows

  • Experience writing product specs and user stories with enough technical detail for engineers

  • Ability to create basic wireframes and user flows using tools like Figma, Whimsical, or Miro

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthtech or regulated industries

  • Exposure to experimentation platforms (e.g., Split, Optimizely)

What’s in it for you?

As full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy:

  • Flexible hours

  • Work wherever you choose

  • Fun and casual work environment

  • Employee engagement activities and virtual gatherings

  • We are a diverse, global team! 🌍
