ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Talent Partner at inBeat, you'll support global sourcing, selection, offering & onboarding & be a crucial influence on setting the bar on creative hiring at inBeat. Your main focus will be to source and manage top talent through the hiring process while proactively developing talent pools of creatives in globally distributed markets to support our creative teams, ultimately to attract and hire the world's best creative talent.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
🧑🎨 Talent Acquisition & Sourcing for a range of Creative & Performance Marketing roles across a variety of levels & geographies, with the best talent sourced directly or via applicant talent pools
📆 Holding role briefings with hiring managers/internal stakeholders, as a business partner, managing expectations, educating on the hiring process, timeframes & talent
📣 Advise on the appropriate assessment criteria and competency interview questions to ensure a high bar for talent is maintained
🧙 Building talent pools for a variety of roles, globally, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and other best in class Talent sourcing tools
🧪 Proactively researching & testing the necessary sourcing methods locally in new international markets, including job boards, sourcing tools & agencies, where necessary to ensure talent pools are built proactively
💼 Managing internal applications & internal mobility
🎨 Reviewing and shortlisting CVs & creative portfolios
🎭 Deliver world-class, candidate experience-centric screening interviews with your shortlisted candidates, assessing their suitability & potential
💡 Advising hiring managers on suitable candidates, skill sets, competencies & culture add
🧭 Coordination of interviews & assessments liaising with candidates, hiring managers & agency partners (where necessary)
📝 Managing candidate communications efficiently & empathetically, whether they are successful or unsuccessful
🔬 Researching & developing strong EVPs (Employer Value Propositions) that drive compelling & exciting offers to candidates and improve outreach response rates
WHAT YOU'D NEED TO SUCCEED:
3+ years Talent Acquisition & Sourcing experience across the marketing and advertising industry, hiring at all levels from an in-house or agency background, with a strong creative network
A proven track record for filling creative roles directly, quickly & efficiently
Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools/techniques is advantageous (eg, x-ray searches)
Experience hiring globally with an understanding of creating talent pools from scratch in new geographies through sound research and analytics
Strong attention to detail under pressure & working with high volumes
Customer-centric approach to stakeholder management & focus on positive candidate experience for both successful & unsuccessful candidates
The ability to push back, influence, provide solutions & gain stakeholder buy-in.
