Job Description

As a Talent Management and HR Analytics Advisor, you will play a key role in developing our talent initiatives across the country. You will contribute to our success by creating and enhancing talent management initiatives that foster a culture of growth and innovation. 

You are passionate about people and have a deep understanding of concepts such as leadership, performance, succession processes, engagement and data analysis. You are enthusiastic about creating and engaging with project teams, bringing your expertise and nuanced understanding of complex challenges. 

Your contribution will ensure that our practices are cutting-edge, support our integrated talent management strategy and align seamlessly with our business objectives. 

 
What you’ll do 

In a role focused on designing and improving talent management initiatives, collaborating with other teams and analyzing data, you will:

  • Contribute to the achievement of our strategic roadmap by designing new talent management initiatives and enhancing existing ones. 
  • Ensure consistency and integration between various Talent programs for maximum impact. 
  • Collaborate with Talent teams across Canada to implement enhanced and new talent management programs. 
  • Contribute to the design and development of global talent projects in collaboration with HQ teams + adapt and customize these projects locally to align with the specific needs of the Canadian region. 
  • Building trust with teams within and outside of Talent to resolve complex HR challenges, rally around a vision, and provide expertise through data-driven insights. 
  • Stay informed on emerging talent management trends, best practices, and evolving industry standards.


Qualifications

What you bring 

  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in one or more of the following HR topics: performance management, talent analytics, succession planning, leadership development, career development, talent assessment, engagement surveys, and workforce planning 
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills to align talent management initiatives with overall organization objectives
  • Proactive problem-solving ability to identify root causes of HR challenges and propose innovative solutions that result in effective and efficient talent management initiatives, including processes, policies, and tools 
  • Competence in the analysis and use of relevant information from HR data, enabling data-driven decision-making and the identification of trends and opportunities. 
  • Ability to effectively navigate and influence organizational change and act as a catalyst for positive transformation. 
  • Ability to work cohesively and foster trust with diverse teams, to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders, and liaise between different groups. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders through clear and effective written and verbal communication (preferably in both French and English)
