Our HR & Office Management function centralizes around the safety, development and engagement of our People across all of our office locations.   We define and deliver People related processes to support the employee lifecycle, working closely with managers to provide them with the tools they need in order to support their teams.  The function plays a critical role in driving employee engagement and is responsible for designing and delivering wellbeing initiatives to foster a thriving, diverse and inclusive work culture for all.   

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take on responsibility in finding top talent for our organization. Your role will be crucial in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. 


Your key responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist will be to:

  • Identify appropriate recruitment strategies tailored to local markets where necessary 
  • Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter or other platforms as required 
  • Screening relevant candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open positions, and arranging interviews with hiring managers 
  • Playing a key role in managing candidate experience by ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the company’s guidelines and values 
  • Developing and fostering effective working relationships with other country HR and recruitment teams with the aim of finding commonality in the ways of working and improving the recruitment process and experience
  • Contributing to the success of the TA team by showing initiative and creativity in improving or enhancing the existing recruitment process 
  • Actively participate in wider projects relative to TA such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion or talent planning


To join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will need the following experience and skills:

  • Prior recruitment experience is crucial, either in an agency or internal capacity with minimum of 4-7 Years. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities 
  • Strong attention to detail whilst maintaining efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Ability to work at pace without compromising on quality 
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other CV databases 
  • Understanding of GDPR requirements 
  • Passion for and ability to understand the importance of diversity, culture and differences in the workforce 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
