At Northbridge, our Talent Acquisition Specialists are known for finding and attracting top talent. They are responsible for developing strong partnerships with all internal clients and candidates alike. They drive all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing candidates, and negotiating offers.

If you’re great at:  

  • Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with both internal and external partners  

  • Driving best-in-class full-cycle recruitment

  • Collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence to gain insights that strengthen our success and optimize our competitive advantage 

And you have: 

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills, and the ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management 

  • 2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment 

  • Strong experience using applicant tracking technology and online databases (LinkedIn, Workday) 

  • Strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel

The annual salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 for Vancouver, BC. Actual pay may be below or above the range based on candidates' knowledge, skills, and level of ability relative to expectations for the role applied to. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.
