Pixieset is hiring a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to support our continued growth. As a member of the TA team, you’ll play a direct role in Pixieset’s growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring talent for key roles across Product, Engineering, and Design. In partnership with hiring managers, you’ll help shape high-performing teams aligned to business needs, run an effective full-cycle recruitment process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Pixieset’s commitment to its people and culture.

Your Impact

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously, using hiring sprints to take an effective project management approach
  • Conduct comprehensive intake meetings to thoroughly understand hiring needs, required competencies, and establish selection plans
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies to effectively identify and attract top talent
  • Screen and assess candidates against defined competencies through resume review and initial conversations; provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers
  • Coordinate the interview process, guide candidates through each stage with transparent communication and dedicated support
  • Build relationships with candidates and deliver a high-quality candidate experience through thoughtful touch points and consistent communication
  • Lead departmental hiring syncs, generate weekly reports on recruitment performance and pipeline analytics, and deliver comprehensive progress updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proactively build and maintain a network of professional relationships, continuously explore new recruitment methods, and devise innovative approaches to fill key positions
  • Provide market insights to inform hiring strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Talent Acquisition on TA-related initiatives to achieve strategic recruitment objectives

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience owning full-cycle technical recruiting
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies for technical roles
  • Strong technical sourcing skills and Boolean search techniques, with hands-on experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Dribbble, etc.
  • Strong assessment judgment: able to evaluate candidates against role-specific competencies and communicate clear, evidence-based recommendations
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining strong hiring manager partnerships and delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Skilled at using data and recruiting funnel metrics to diagnose issues and improve outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the Pixieset brand with candidates
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive - with a strong sense of ownership

The typical salary range for this position is CAD $80,750 - $109,200 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
