Position Summary

Working closely with HR team members and hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle, develops and implements strategic sourcing plans, and provides expert guidance to attract and hire top talent. This role involves overseeing current and future talent needs, enhancing recruitment strategies, and leveraging social media and talent management technologies.

Responsibilities

·         Manage and facilitate full-cycle recruitment, including:

o    Posting job openings and screening applicants

o    Conducting phone interviews and engaging candidates

o    Scheduling and participating in interviews

o    Extending job offers and managing negotiations

o    Conducting reference checks

·         Stay current with sourcing techniques and incorporate best practices to enhance HUB’s talent pipeline.

·         Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to reduce time-to-hire.

·         Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.

·         Act as a trusted advisor, providing updates and strategic insights on recruitment.

·         Manage recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Talent Management, Workday, Phenom (CRM), Employee Referral Program, and external job boards.

·         Partner with marketing to enhance HUB’s employer brand through compelling job postings and content.

·         Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and career exhibitions while strengthening relationships with universities and colleges.

·         Leverage CRM to design engaging recruitment campaigns and events.

·         Support onboarding by ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.

·         Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.

·         Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

 

 

Qualifications

·         5+ years of high-volume sourcing/recruitment experience.

·         Proficient in ATS or CRM systems for sourcing candidates across various channels, including social media.

·         Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations (Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Legislation).

·         Insurance industry experience is an asset.

·         Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The expected salary range for this position is $72,000 - $88,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
