Who we seek:

Join our Global People Team as a Talent Acquisition Intern and play a crucial role in hiring our future team members. You'll gain hands-on experience across all facets of talent acquisition, working closely with our recruiters to source, engage, and onboard top talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage interview scheduling for 25+ open roles using Greenhouse
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proactively source and pipeline talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamable
  • Contribute to innovative sourcing strategies and diverse candidate engagement
  • Support employer branding initiatives and other ad-hoc TA projects
  • Assist in the engagement of our Summer Internship Program
  • Shadow full-lifecycle recruiters to learn the end-to-end recruitment process

What you’ll bring:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • Reliable and collaborative team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Teamable (preferred)

This is a 10-week paid internship starting on June 4th and ending on August 8th, working up to 35 hours per week. Hourly pay for this role is $20/hr.
