This role requires a hybrid work arrangement. At Wipfli, hybrid is defined as associates regularly work in a Wipfli office, from home, and other meeting sites. Note that scheduled meetings in the office will require in-person attendance. This role specifically will require working from a Wipfli office 1 day per week.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with our talent acquisition team to manage the final stages of the recruitment process including communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other internal Wipfli team members
- Serve as the primary administrator for current Talent Acquisition technologies, ensuring optimal performance and user support. Proactively research and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiencies and streamline Talent Acquisition processes
- System administrator for our ATS, Talent Acquisition helpdesk ticketing system, and various other technologies leveraged within Talent Acquisition
- Track and report on monthly and quarterly metrics across the Talent Acquisition processes
- Coordinating job searches, creating and reviewing job postings, and assisting with job postings supporting our recruitment efforts
- Manage communication among our independent contractor population during onboarding and offboarding phases
- Assist in the administration of various compliance processes, immigration processing, and onboarding committee
- Lead internal communications to drive awareness of Talent Acquisition efforts
- Support and collaborate with our international HR operations team members
- Partner with our Talent Acquisition sourcer to drive activity in the CRM and support talent pipelining efforts
- Contribute to our employment branding efforts through social media
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Requires 0-1 years of job-related experience, preferably in an HR environment
- Previous administrative or project planning experience, preferably in a human resource environment with a technology savvy approach
- Exposure to a high volume, multi-site environment in professional services, preferred
- Demonstrated experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Workday). Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest HR technologies and trends to ensure the Talent Acquisition team remains at the forefront of technological advancements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
