This role provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced systems, optical, software, and hardware engineers supporting the development and testing of cutting-edge sensing technologies.
The EO/IR Test Engineer will assist in planning and executing test activities, analyzing system performance, troubleshooting anomalies, and supporting verification of customer requirements throughout the system lifecycle.

- Document test results and contribute to technical reports and review materials.
- Collaborate with systems, software, optical, and hardware engineering teams.
- Support development and maintenance of verification artifacts within digital engineering and MBSE environments.
- Participate in technical reviews, integration events, and customer demonstrations.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field is required plus 2 or more years related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- 2+ years of experience in test engineering, integration, verification, validation, or related technical roles.
- Experience supporting integration and test activities on complex EO/IR, imaging, sensing, aerospace, or defense systems.
- Experience developing and executing test procedures and test campaigns.
- Familiarity with requirements verification and validation processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in laboratory and integration environments.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting technical performance data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
