What a day in the life looks like:
• Troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ancillary software
• Quantify issues and provide supporting data if issues are escalated to ERP Vendor, Honeywell/Vocollect, RF Hardware Provider, Seagull Scientific, Business Objects, Loftware, or other third parties.
• Manage the WMS environments and migration of configurations between environments
• Support the operation and continuous improvement of the monitoring of our cloud solutions
• SQL performance monitoring / index and query tuning
What you bring to the team:
• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SQL/Oracle databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google)
• Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as HighJump, RedPrairie, Manhattan Associates, SAP-WM, Oracle-WM, and others
• Strong customer service, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and self-manage
• Strong supply chain and distribution industry experience with expertise in interface technologies, barcode scanning, and voice software
• Familiarity with labeling, reporting, and networking technologies, including Bartender, Loftware, Cognos, SSRS, and Cisco

Salary range* 60,000 to 64,000
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
