We are looking for a Supply Chain PLM Manager with a background in Startup Supply Chain Development who understands the fundamentals of Manufacturing and Hardware Development Cycles.


The role will work closely with the hardware engineering team in managing vendors and commodities, working collaboratively across finance, mechanical and electrical engineering teams. Your primary responsibilities will focus around the bring up and maintenance of our PLM system but will also include some basic Supply Chain activities

In this role, you will:

  • Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of PLM/MRP/ERP systems.
  • Help develop and refine a ECO/ECR process 
  • Work closely with Finance and Accounting to help keep parts and costs current
  • Expand the supplier base of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Contribute to VMI vendor sourcing, negotiations, and implementation.
  • Contract Manufacturing sourcing, negotiations and audits.
  • Multiple site inventory management and audit responsibilities.
  • Financial report generation, analysis and reconciliation.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong Supply Chain / technical background, BS or MS, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations or Engineering and/or 5+ years of experience.
  • A team leader. Whether formally or informally, you have previously played the lead role on several projects. You take ownership and drive the team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Proven ability to build and iterate quickly. You have experienced product development in all of its stages and are comfortable in the earlier stages – moving from zero to one.
  • Hands on. You are just as comfortable with a cycle counting material as working in PLM / ERP systems. You have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes for both low and high volume production.
  • Great communicator. You have experience writing clear, concise, and detailed documentation. You are skilled in leading and participating in cross-functional design reviews.
  • Experience with Arena is big plus

The salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual salary ranges will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Please note that the compensation details listed above are base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
