- Foco na Qualidade e Desenvolvimento de fornecedores atuando com o processo APQP e PPAP no desenvolvimento de novos produtos com a base de fornecedores, suportando os novos programas e mantendo o nível excelência nos produtos correntes através de ferramentas de melhoria contínua.
- Identificar revisões de programa para garantir a conformidade dos planos e escalar os problemas adequadamente.
- Assegurar que a base de suprimentos cumpra os requisitos e padrões da GM e que os processos de qualidade e fabricação estejam habilitados para identificar condições fora dos requisitos, impedindo-os de passar para o próximo processo ou local de fabricação.
- Reagir em tempo hábil as condições fora do padrão para resolver problemas conhecidos de forma eficaz.
- Competência desejadas: trabalho em equipe, habilidade em comunicação, resiliência e negociação.

- Formação completa em Engenharia.
- CREA ativo
- Inglês a partir de intermediário.
- Conhecimento na função de qualidade e processo de fabricação de peças de veículos e processos de APQP, PPAP, Run@Rate, FMEA e ferramentas de melhoria contínua da Qualidade.
- Disponibilidade de viagens, visitas regulares na base de fornecedores afim de garantir planos de desenvolvimento e qualidade robustos e executar outras tarefas relacionadas, conforme atribuído.
- Disponibilidade para atuar em São Caetano do Sul.

- Desejável conhecimento em peças metálicas/estampadas e/ou processo de solda.
