We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Supplier Administration Coordinator to join our Data Services team in Langley, BC.  
 

Reporting to the Supervisor, Data Services, you will be responsible for managing supplier-related administrative functions, maintaining accurate supplier records, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external partners. By streamlining supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational workflows, this role contributes to organizational effectiveness and strengthens supplier relationships. You will play a key role in enabling smooth business operations across merchandising, procurement, and the supplier community.
You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating supplier records and key business information to ensure accuracy and accessibility for internal teams.

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing inquiries, coordinating updates, and facilitating smooth collaboration between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Working closely with Merchandising, Procurement, and Finance teams to support supplier-related initiatives, resolve issues, and improve overall operational effectiveness.

  • Identifying opportunities to streamline supplier-related business processes, enhancing workflow efficiency, and implementing best practices to support merchandising and procurement objectives.

  • Managing the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all necessary documentation, compliance requirements, and system registrations are completed accurately and efficiently.
     

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in merchandising or related experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint)

  • Hands-on experience with merchandising and supply chain systems.

  • QlikView and Crystal reporting skills are an asset.

You are:

  • Detail-oriented and accurate, ensuring precision in supplier documentation and systems records.

  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, able to build clear and collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines, and managing supplier records systematically.

  • Organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Details:

$52,880.00 - $66,100.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
