We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Studio Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Manager, Photo Studio, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations, organization, and maintenance of the Photo, Video, and Motion Graphics Animation Studio. In this role, you will support the studio team members to ensure an efficient, optimized workflow for the organization’s print and digital marketing projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Acting as a project producer by gathering, understanding, and coordinating end-to-end information, elements and factors to support a wide range of content creation projects from concept through execution, bringing our various brands to life.
• Liaising cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to discuss advertising requirements, investigate missing information, and problem-solve to ensure deadlines are met.
• Sourcing, shopping for, and ensuring that products and props are prepared for photo and video shoots, while effectively managing timelines and on-set logistics.
• Accurately creating records and maintaining a highly organized image database and library of photos, videos, and animations in a digital asset management system and archive.
• Providing images from the internal database on request for Marketing, Ecommerce, More Rewards, Communications, and other stakeholders.
• Assisting the food stylist, photographer and videographer as needed.
• Proactively testing new approaches and supporting the development of AI-driven workflows.
• Maintaining the studio’s cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance.
• Editing, retouching and colour correcting photos using Adobe Photoshop.
• Creating well-designed, on-brand motion graphics animations for various campaigns across retail banners using Adobe After Effects.
• Conceptualizing content in alignment with brand strategy and developing storyboards, shot lists, prop and product lists, and schedules for omni-channel content creation.
• Filming, editing, and colour grading short-form, performance-driven social media videos.

You have:

• 2-4 years of experience in a creative setting, with experience organizing projects.
• A diploma or degree in the visual arts, such as video, motion graphics, photography, or graphic design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator and strong experience in video, photography, design or digital marketing tools.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and emerging AI tools in a professional setting.
• A valid driver’s license
