JOB PURPOSE: Offering development and growth opportunities to students, who will learn to provide support to the business in various administrative functions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Front office reception: managing phone calls
- Assist with communication with production to deliver orders timely and accurately.
- Assist with Input incoming and outgoing inventory
- Assist with Maintaining and balancing daily reports.
- Assist with Weekly & Monthly reporting.
- Assist with Weighing trucks
- Assist with Data Entry
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Good customer service and organizational skills
- Thorough and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Tact and diplomacy - ensure professionalism when dealing with customers and coworkers.
- Experienced with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Some flexibility in scheduling during peak summer season will be required.
- Work experience or a background in Agriculture is considered an asset.
Wage range is: $18-18.75/hr
