Designs, maintains, and optimizes body and facial character rigs for gameplay and cinematics. Builds skinning, asset-binding, facial, mocap-processing, and animation database pipelines, while developing rigging tools and integrating character assets into Unreal Engine. Collaborates with animation, art, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, usable, and runtime-efficient character systems.

Designs, balances, and implements gameplay systems including progression, economies, rewards, stats, and game modes. Tunes systems using feedback, metrics, and playtests; analyzes systemic outcomes; documents design logic and balancing guidelines; and collaborates with engineering, art, production, and design teams. The role supports player agency, emergent storytelling, meaningful trade-offs, and long-term engagement in a large-scale sports game.

Lead functional safety consulting engagements for automotive, autonomous vehicle, industrial automation, battery, and energy storage systems. Develop and review safety work products, safety cases, hazard and risk analyses, safety concepts, requirements, and verification evidence. Perform FMEA, FMEDA, DFA, FTA, and STPA analyses while ensuring compliance with functional safety standards. Lead client workshops, training, technical reviews, business development, statements of work, and proposal estimates. The home-based role includes some travel to client sites and UL locations.
