Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations

• Assist with the analysis and allocation of revenues between regulated and non-regulated entities

• Participate in the month-end closing process

• Prepare and process journal entries in the GL system

• Prepare accurate, compliant and timely balance sheet reconciliations as assigned

• Research and analyze data as requested

• Record producers’ P&L and calculate commissions associated with multiple custodial broker dealers

• Annually assist external auditors to provide audit support

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent combined education and work related experience

• Have, or be willing to obtain, Series 99 certification

• Entry level/1-2 years of experience in accounting field

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong Excel skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail

• Self-motivated and proactive

The expected salary range for this position is $52,494 to $68,640 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.  If you believe that your qualifications and experience surpass the minimum requirements for this role, we encourage you to submit your application.
