You’ll be instrumental in delivering timely financial reports, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting the financial stability that underpins our innovation and growth. With your attention to detail and proactive approach, you’ll help us scale with confidence.
Your Impact
As a Staff Accountant, you'll work with the Finance team and cross-functional stakeholders to:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare and analyze management reports, including variance analysis and trend reports
- Manage the accounts payable process: respond to vendors, verify invoice accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy and completeness
- Support preparation of year-end working papers and compliance schedules
- Assist with external audits, independent reviews, and government reporting
- Identify and support improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
What You Bring to the Table
You are detail-oriented, organized, and love working with numbers and systems. You bring a balance of technical skill and a collaborative mindset to help us maintain financial excellence in a fast-moving environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Nice-to-Have (Assets):
- CPA designation (completed or in progress)
- Experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) business environment
