Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Assist with the analysis and allocation of revenues between regulated and non-regulated entities

Participate in the month-end closing process

Prepare and process journal entries in the GL system

Prepare accurate, compliant and timely balance sheet reconciliations as assigned

Research and analyze data as requested

Record producers’ P&L and calculate commissions associated with multiple custodial broker dealers

Annually assist external auditors to provide audit support
Required Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent combined education and work related experience
-
Have, or be willing to obtain, Series 99 certification

Entry level/1-2 years of experience in accounting field

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong Excel skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail

Self-motivated and proactive
The expected salary range for this position is $52,494 to $68,640 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
