The Impact of a Sr. UX Designer at Coupa:
The Sr. UX Designer will join our product team and work on design deliverables specifically for Coupa's AI Platform, including our AI agents, generative interfaces, and intelligent automation features. You'll help shape how users interact with AI-powered solutions that transform business spend management. Our AI Platform is revolutionizing how businesses make decisions, automate processes, and gain insights from their data. What You'll Do:
- Apply design-thinking to craft best-in-class AI product experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system needs and define feature requirements.
- Rapidly iterate on designs, align with stakeholders, and create prototypes as needed.
- Lead or assist in research initiatives for discovery and design validation.
- Present designs and research insights to stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
- Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and monitor the impact of deployed changes.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in complex domains.
- Deep understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and integration best practices.
- Proficient in inclusive, accessible, and user-centered design principles.
- Advanced Figma skills for building design systems, libraries, and prototypes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to convey design strategy.
- Proven track record (with portfolio) of creating visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.
