- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales, Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), with real time project implementation exposure on CPQ
- Strong Implementation skills using declarative programming
- Strong skills on Apex programming, Triggers, writing Test Classes, Batch Processes and building Aura & LWC components, Apex Code for integration including using Platform Events, Flows, User Security etc..
- Hands on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) usage of Advance Approvals and Price Rules
- Strong experience in Sales Cloud with Opportunity, Products, Service Contracts
- Working with Clients Technology Solution Architect, Salesforce Data Developer, and 3rd party implementation provider, to work on Salesforce development items in an Agile sprint-based fashion.
- Providing support, spot training/coaching, on dev processes, methodology and Salesforce architecture to Client's Technology Solution Architect and Salesforce Data Developer.
- Assisting in defining, developing, and implementing the Clients Salesforce strategy
- Developing re-usable Apex applications for internal and customer use.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Migration is good to have
Skills:
- Significant technical and/or business process consulting experience
- Extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required
- 7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce declarative, custom apex development, LWC and SOQL experience
- Expertise providing solution architecture on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick)
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Degree in a Computer Science, Business Administration, OR equivalent education/experience
