Create and execute project schedules for hardware development, ensuring alignment with requirements, design, and verification.
Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and manage risks related to project timelines and deliverables.
Track and report on development milestones and weekly project progress to stakeholders.
Identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
Coordinate prototype hardware builds, including managing Purchase Orders with suppliers.
Foster collaboration and a positive working environment among team members and stakeholders.
Conduct project performance analysis to ensure goals are met within time and budget constraints.
Lead post-mortem reviews to capture insights and improve future project execution.
Must-Have:
B.Eng./B.Sc. in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or related)
5 - 10 years of hardware project/product management experience
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope
Strong leadership skills with a focus on relationship building
Proficient in project planning tools like MS Project and Excel
Nice-To-Have:
M.Sc. in a technical field
PMP Certification
Experience in the telecommunications industry
Familiarity with Confluence and Jira tools
Agile project management experience
