Position Overview:
The Senior QA Engineer validates software releases by maintaining high test coverage, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring efficient defect detection and resolution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automation, proficiency with industry tools, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include developing automated test scripts, collaborating with development teams for integration, tracking defects, performing code reviews, and improving QA processes for stable software releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts with industry tools.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify, document, and track defects for timely resolution.
Perform code reviews to enhance test coverage and quality.
Design and implement test plans, strategies, and cases.
Continuously improve QA processes and best practices.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage for new and existing features.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in QA automation or software development.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and automation frameworks.
Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, and API Testing.
Familiarity with BrowserStack for cross-browser testing.
Proficiency in Java, Javascript, SQL, CI/CD, JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
