We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in developing engaging stories and effective sales materials for Knak.

This position involves close collaboration with teams across Marketing, Product, and Sales to deeply understand the needs and challenges of our clients. Using these insights, the ideal candidate will craft strategic messaging and content aimed at driving business growth, support sales, and boosting product use among our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication: Develop compelling communication strategies for new product initiatives. Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales, to create a cohesive and powerful message.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns. This includes managing the campaign from conception to completion, utilizing both digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Sales Support: Provide the sales team with the tools and resources they need to effectively showcase the product's value. This involves crafting presentations, case studies, and demos that are specifically designed to enhance sales efforts.
  • Content Development: Generate a variety of content to bolster marketing and sales activities. Responsibilities include writing insightful articles, creating engaging videos, and preparing detailed whitepapers and case studies that underscore the unique advantages of the product.
  • Market Insight: Engage in detailed market and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and competitive positioning. Use this information to strategically differentiate the product in the marketplace, highlighting its unique benefits to the target audience.

Qualifications  

  • Experience in Product Marketing: Over five years of dedicated experience in product marketing, boasting a verifiable history of effectively launching and scaling products. Adept at navigating the complexities of product lifecycle management and achieving market success.
  • Outstanding Communication Abilities: Possesses exceptional writing and communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging and insightful content that connects with diverse audiences. With an enthusiastic approach to writing, they excel in translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives, ensuring messages are conveyed persuasively across diverse platforms.
  • Education: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline, providing a strong theoretical and practical foundation in key marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Marketing Operations Expertise:  Has practical experience in marketing operations, possibly from working directly in that area. Holds certifications in key marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, and Pardot, showcasing a solid grasp and ability to use these technologies effectively.
