What you'll need to be successful.
- 7 to 10 years of HR technology experience with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, and Compensation.
- Working knowledge of UKG Dimensions, Phenom, ServiceNow HR, and HR technology integration patterns.
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations and a strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data management.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) strongly preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing technical teams with demonstrated success developing and coaching employees.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams and building highly collaborative, trust-based cultures.
- Proven ability to elevate team capabilities and create growth opportunities for others.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Experience building trusted partnerships with HR leaders and business stakeholders.
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with executive leaders.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, consumer goods, or similarly complex global organizations is preferred.
