Gartner is seeking a highly professional, dedicated, and motivated individual to join the Gartner Conferences Attendee Engagement team.

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, delivery, and execution of existing and new attendee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver conference-specific engagement programs
  • Analyze feedback, data, and trends on a continual basis to track performance and enhance attendee engagement programs 
  • Enhance the attendee journey by assisting with creating content on web-based portals, infographics, user-guides, and video assets 
  • Support Customer Insights, Attendee Communications, and additional projects and initiatives for Gartner Conferences

Additional responsibilities:

  • Interact in a highly professional manner, internally and externally
  • Participate in team meetings and work with team members across multiple time zones
  • Work autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with all stakeholders 
  • Travel to Gartner Conferences to support the Attendee Engagement team on-site as needed (<25%)

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; marketing or communication concentrations
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Availability to be in the office up to 1 day a week  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter mindset
  • Proven success in a collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Conference experience is a plus
