About the Team/Role:

As a Senior Manager, AI/ML Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading the team focused on cloud-native AI/ML infrastructure, supporting both GenAI and traditional AI/ML technologies and applications.

This includes AI model productionalization (end-to-end AI/ML model lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, refresh, etc.), Data Lakehouse, and related technologies, systems, and tools.

You will execute technology development and architecture to ensure that platforms, systems, tools, models, and services are technically sound with strong security, quality, reliability, usability, scalability, performance, efficiency, and operability to meet WEX’s growing needs. Balancing both near-term and long-term goals is crucial in this role.

Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with leaders and teams across Tech, Digital, Data & Analytics, Risk & Compliance, Line of Business (commercial, digital, and technology), Security, Central Architecture & PaaS, Global Tech Services, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to understand their AI/ML infrastructure needs and align development and productionalization accordingly.

10+ years of AI/ML infrastructure engineering experience, including scaling both classical and generative AI."

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
