About the Role:
The Super.com growth team is multi disciplinary, skilled, and extremely warm and fun. We get to collaborate across the board with data, product, finance, and engineering teams in an open and transparent manner.
This is a foundational role for Super.com’s new Incubation Hub. The Incubation Hub is a new “startup” within Super.com. We’re tasked with finding the next big thing in the Super.com suite of products. The Hub is a place where small, autonomous teams build new businesses from scratch to find an idea that can create a step change in the growth of our Super+ membership. The mission for the Sr. Manager, Growth here is to play a consultative role with ideation while formulating the marketing mix to support these new businesses launched. This role will encompass strategy, remote and in-person stakeholder management, account and relationship management, P&L responsibility, tactical campaign execution, and project management. It’s ideal for performance marketers who enjoy building and thrive in high-ambiguity, high-ownership environments.
What you’ll be working on:
- Be a thought leader on the Incubation Hub, actively exploring new opportunities and ideating with partners, internal and external
- Formulate digital strategy through a combination of data driven decision making and adopting channel best practices
- Acquire demand through new and existing channels.
- Develop a strong optimization and testing pipeline
- Collaborate efficiently with stakeholders across different teams to be able to manage requirements and priorities
- Interface and run review with channel partners
- Maintain acceptable CP and EBITDA levels in accordance with the financial models
Who we're looking for:
- 5+ years Growth or Lifecycle consulting experience
- 5+ years Performance marketing strategy and execution experience (SEM / Programmatic / App)
- Stakeholder management and working cross functionally
- High proficiency with data modeling and analysis
- Strong reporting skills including the ability to query and pull data sets as required (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude)
- ROAS forecasting and management
Bonus points for:
- Experience working on subscription or membership-based businesses
- Account management
- Marketing in sensitive industries, such as Finance or Pharmaceuticals
