Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Reports To: Design Director
Department: Creative

About Kaseya:

Kaseya is a global leader in IT management and security software, helping businesses enhance their operations and safeguard their digital infrastructure. As part of our high-impact creative team, you’ll help shape Kaseya’s global brand through exceptional design across digital, print, events—and especially in executive-level storytelling and event branding.

We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in event branding and concept development. This role is ideal for a designer who can transform abstract ideas into fully realized visual systems—from initial creative direction to final execution across large-scale events, digital campaigns, and print collateral. You’ll play a key role in setting the creative tone, building mood boards that inspire alignment, and developing branding concepts that elevate the Kaseya brand.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, events, and product teams to deliver design solutions that are both strategic and impactful. Beyond execution, you’ll act as a brand steward, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints, while also contributing to the growth and mentorship of junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Branding & Concept Development: Conceptualize and design visual systems for conferences and large-scale events, including promotional materials, signage, stage graphics, digital screens, and supporting collateral.
  • Conceptualization & Mood Boards: Translate abstract ideas into compelling creative directions, using mood boards, sketches, and visual references to align stakeholders and guide production.
  • Digital & Print Design: Deliver high-quality design for campaigns, social, web, presentations, reports, and printed materials, ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with executives, marketing, product, and events teams to align on messaging and deliver polished design solutions.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain and elevate Kaseya’s visual identity across all formats and experiences, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Project Management: Lead multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Mentorship: Support and guide junior designers, helping elevate overall team output and creative thinking.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of design experience with a strong focus in event branding, conceptualization, and execution.
  • A portfolio showcasing event systems, campaign creative, and conceptual design work that demonstrates a refined creative process.
  • Mastery of design principles, layout, and typography.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and presenting creative concepts with clarity and confidence.
  • Mastery of design principles, typography, and layout with the ability to extend brands across diverse formats.

Why Kaseya?

  • Innovative Culture: Be part of a forward-thinking company that values design and creativity as key drivers of business success.
  • Impact: Your work will directly influence Kaseya’s brand evolution and help shape its visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Growth Opportunities: Kaseya offers a dynamic environment for you to further develop your design expertise and grow your career.
  • Collaborative Team: Work with passionate and talented colleagues in a creative and supportive atmosphere.
