The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Finance Business Partner, Procurement & Supply Chain, as the Sr. Financial Analyst, Global Operations, you will play a key role in supporting financial analysis and decision-making by providing detailed financial modeling, data analytics, and strategic business collaboration. You will focus on delivering insights to optimize financial performance, ensure accountability for results, and drive continuous improvement across the business. You will contribute to delivering financial insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybrid
The Role:
- Conduct financial analyses to support business initiatives, including evaluating various scenarios, cost optimization, and performance improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the impact of key business decisions on overall financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Business Units, to identify opportunities for process optimization and margin improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and insights.
- Monitor and track budgets, expenses, and variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
- Support the financial team in various business projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning efforts.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends in financial analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related discipline; MBA or relevant professional certifications desirable (e.g., CMA, CPA).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, with a strong understanding of financial processes and analysis in global organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team with a global mindset.
- Timely decision-making and priority-setting skills.
- The ability to think through issues and execute solutions within globally integrated processes.
