Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

About the Role
Dandy is seeking a Sr. Director of Performance Marketing / Demand Generation to lead the design, execution, and growth of our global demand generation engine. This role is mission-critical to our next phase of growth, with a sharp focus on driving high-volume customer acquisition and building a best-in-class inbound marketing funnel. You will define the strategy, inspire a high-performing team, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable, predictable, and repeatable pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy to accelerate pipeline and customer acquisition growth across segments.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team globally, fostering a data-driven culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

  • Own global demand generation budgets, KPIs, and OKRs — including lead volume, pipeline generation targets, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Develop and execute segment-specific strategies (SMB and enterprise) and global GTM programs tailored to regional market dynamics.

  • Drive multi-channel campaigns across paid media (social, search, direct buys), direct mail, content marketing, lifecycle email, and events.

  • Build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales to accelerate growth within strategic and enterprise accounts.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Revenue Ops to optimize lead handoff, enhance pipeline forecasting, and ensure tight alignment across the funnel.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative teams to deliver compelling, on-brand campaigns that resonate with target segments and personas.

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize MarTech tools to enhance scalability, efficiency, and performance.

  • Implement attribution models and forecasting frameworks to optimize spend, improve predictability, and maximize pipeline contribution.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, presenting insights, forecasts, and recommendations to guide company-wide growth strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in demand generation or performance marketing, ideally in high-velocity consumer technology or SMB software environments.

  • Proven track record of driving significant pipeline growth in high-volume acquisition models.

  • Deep expertise across paid acquisition, marketing analytics, and multi-channel campaign management.

  • Experience leading global demand generation or performance marketing programs, with proven ability to scale across multiple markets.

  • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to distill complex data into actionable strategies and decisions.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of building strong partnerships with Sales.

  • Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact.

  • Ability to design organizational structure, recruit top talent, and build leadership capability within the global demand generation function.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in high-volume B2B or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) performance marketing.

  • Outstanding professional references.

  • Relentlessly positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
