About the Role

We are looking for an innovative, results-oriented Customer Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth and partnership marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, revenue growth, and digital transformation, leading critical initiatives including our cloud migration program and our referral growth strategy. 

As a key member of our growth team, you'll work closely with our vertical, sales, and customer marketing leaders on strategic development and own the tactical execution of our partner enablement programs, referral initiatives, and customer migration strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with revenue marketing expertise, capable of driving complex cross-functional initiatives while achieving measurable growth outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Lead customer marketing initiatives supporting cloud migrations 
  • Develop migration communication strategies across various legacy systems
  • Create and optimize partner enablement content and support materials
  • Manage multi-referral rewards program implementation and optimization
  • Track and report on migration metrics and referral performance

Our Ideal Candidate

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Demonstrated success in partner or referral program management
  • Experience with customer migration or transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with payment technology or B2B SaaS industry
  • Background in customer migration programs
  • Partner enablement program experience
  • Content creation and campaign management expertise
  • Experience with revenue sharing models
