Job Description
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Design robust, scalable, and secure features
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards)
- Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design
Qualifications
Experience & Skills Required
- 3+ years experience full-stack development building real-world web applications with Python
- Expert in Python with knowledge of at least one industry-standard framework like Django, Flask, etc.
- Solid knowledge of standard web technology
- Being able to balance velocity and technical debt
- Drive for continuous personal and organizational improvement
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic
