What is the Role

At Elastic, our ecosystem is central to how we grow. The Partner Marketing team drives how we market with, to, and through our partners—creating scalable, repeatable programs that enable co-marketing across Elastic’s ecosystem.

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Program Specialist to support the execution of co-marketing programs at scale. This role focuses on turning established strategy into action—supporting repeatable campaigns, partner-ready assets, and execution frameworks that enable consistent global delivery.

This is a hands-on execution role that requires excellent judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex workstreams within defined frameworks.

What You Will Be Doing

Implement Scaled Co-Marketing Programs

  • Support the execution of global and regional co-marketing initiatives across Elastic’s partner ecosystem.
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and partner inputs to ensure programs launch on time and at scale.
  • Apply judgment within established processes to adapt execution based on partner and regional needs.

Support Scalable Program Frameworks

  • Implement programs and assets developed through the Center of Excellence, including campaigns-in-a-box and event frameworks.
  • Help maintain consistency and quality across partner-facing materials and activations.
  • Identify execution gaps and contribute recommendations for improvement.

Program Management & Operations

  • Track program status, dependencies, and risks; proactively surface issues and recommend solutions.
  • Support measurement and reporting on program adoption, engagement, and performance.
  • Maintain documentation and operational processes that enable repeatable execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Partner Marketing leadership, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support aligned execution.
  • Build productive working relationships internally and externally.

Seek out and incorporate diverse perspectives to strengthen outcomes.

What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing programs, partner marketing, or campaign execution
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder marketing activities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience working within defined processes
  • Demonstrated attention to detail when supporting budgets, contracts, and purchase orders
  • Availability for occasional travel as needed
