Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.
About the Role:
At CrowdStrike, we stop breaches and empower organizations to stay ahead of adversaries. Following the recent acquisition of Pangea, that mission has expanded to deliver a powerful AI Detection and Response (AIDR) solution that helps customers protect and secure their agents, AI models and their workforce using AI.
Securing GenAI is one of humanity’s largest challenges, greatest new frontiers, and critical missions for the evolution of society. This is why we are looking for the best of the best – trailblazers who have helped to not only create product categories before, but proven the ability to successfully navigate uncharted waters and learn and educate customers, team members, and communities effectively and at scale.
The AIDR Specialist Team enhances CrowdStrike’s ability to grow, position, sell, and maintain business securing GenAI and agentic applications across all geographic sales theaters. AIDR Specialist will work with and across CrowdStrike regional sales, sales engineering, marketing, product development, and services organizations to execute AIDR security sales playbooks, directly engage customers around CrowdStrike AIDR security capabilities, and help customers operationalize and consume AIDR products and capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
Drive CrowdStrike’s strategic initiative to secure today’s agent and GenAI rollouts across all use cases (enterprise workforce usage of GenAI tools, homegrown development of GenAI apps and agents, and agentic frameworks and studios and their usage). GenAI is pervasive and our AIDR specialist team will need to be comfortable talking about GenAI across all transit points: in the network, in applications, on end user endpoints, in the cloud, and more.
Establish partnerships with core sellers and position CrowdStrike’s AIDR security offerings to key personas: security, dev teams, and AI architecture / working groups.
Collaborate with customers on incorporating CrowdStrike AIDR security within their operational workflows during technical evaluations and post-sales.
Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute outreach campaigns that develop AIDR product sales pipeline and customer awareness.
Ad hoc collaboration with field- and specialist-sales teams to help close significant deals.
Train internal teams to better position our AIDR product and capabilities.
Provide Product Management teams customer feedback pertaining to new and existing features/capabilities.
Stay well educated and informed about CrowdStrike’s vision of AIDR and agentic product roadmaps, the market landscape for GenAI usage and adoption and be abreast of new technologies, whether it be RAG yesterday, MCP today, or agentic studios tomorrow.
May require modified work hours to accommodate accounts or customer teams based in other time zones, travel up to 50%.
What You’ll Need:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology sales with either AI security, devsecops, cloud security, application security, or product security products or services.
Experience successfully communicating with and advising c-suite, senior management, devsecops and AI architect-level customers/clients.
Demonstrated success selling AI, detection and response, application security, or cloud computing services at the C-Suite and senior management levels.
Experience successfully navigating procurement, contracts, and sales processes with security and/or software engineering buying personas for consumption-based billing models.
Operational excellence in managing sales pipeline and engagement with internal and external corporate sales teams. MEDDPICC experience a plus.
Experienced and comfortable presenting complex security and computing concepts to large audiences both virtually and in person.
Cloud practitioner certifications a plus.
Qualities of an Ideal Candidate:
A high energy individual who is charismatic & personable to engage internal/external contacts.
