Make Your Mark:
The Solutions Consultant will be the trusted advisor within Invoice-To-Cash sales opportunities, working with Accounts Manager/s in their activities aimed at increasing the BlackLine platform value. She/he will build with the regional Strategic Accounts Manager/s, at a solution level, the right ecosystem that will maximize BlackLine success. The Solutions Consultant works within the existing Invoice to Cash Sales team to support them in driving enhanced platform adoption, nurturing customer relationships, progressing key opportunities and maximizing incremental license revenue for Blackline.
You'll Get To:
- Engage on Invoice to Cash deals identified in the pipeline
- Evaluate and provide functional knowledge of BlackLine Invoice to Cash to close the opportunity
- Work with the BlackLine sales team to qualify, quickly and efficiently new Invoice to Cash Opportunities.
- Delivery of Invoice to Cash business value assessments.
- Answer technical software and Invoice to Cash process questions.
- Perform needs analysis calls with prospective clients to thoroughly and accurately understand their challenges
- Keep current on new product functionality and its proper use, including the latest Industry offerings and how to position BlackLine in competitive deals.
- Keep current on how key Industry ERP Offerings compete with BlackLine Invoice-To-Cash and build Product battlecards to support positive objection handling protocols.
- Deliver relevant and pertinent demonstrations of all Invoice-To-Cash modules based on prospect needs.
- Assist with completion and review of requests for proposal and information (RFPs and RFIs)
- Provide and review BlackLine best practices, use case scenarios and prospective client stories both internally and externally (including community) to assist prospective clients with expanded use of application functionality
- Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness and good judgment.
- Be able to clearly articulate and document how the I2C solution delivers value to clients, over and above ROI
What You'll Bring:
- Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations
- Strong ability to demonstrate and persuade, using influencing skills and relating to prospective customers in a consultative manner
- Confident working with and tailoring financial / accounting systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust with / prospects / clients
- Proven ability to understand and address partner / prospective client objections
- Strong ability to match product functionality to the prospects' business needs
- Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness and good judgment
- Travel generally up to 50% but may be higher
