- Collaborate with development teams to provide early testing and document creation.
- Support Core QA team by handling tasks that may keep them from their main responsibilities.
- Provide feedback to QA Leads and development teams on the status of testing.
- Field design questions from Core QA and provide necessary support.
- Adjust testing requirements based on Core QA needs.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Multiple development cycle experience with a focus on UI, front end flows, Player HUD, and Install testing.
- Strong understanding of QA workflows/development phases.
- Experience writing testing instructions or briefs.
- Experience estimating testing efforts.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop/refine skills.
- Strong documentation and organization skills.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable interfacing with QA and Production teams.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Unreal Engine experience.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Strong adaptable teaching skills.
- Familiarity with the "Gears of War" series.
