We are looking for a Software QA/QC Engineer who will ensure end-to-end quality and reliability of our products. You will design, implement, and execute test strategies across web applications, APIs, and backend systems, working closely with product, development, and operations teams.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about automation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where software quality is mission-critical.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases across the SDLC.
  • Design and implement UI automation tests using Selenium (or equivalent frameworks).
  • Validate and maintain API automation tests using Postman (Newman scripting a plus).
  • Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter or K6.
  • Build automated test pipelines and integrate testing into CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar).
  • Define and improve QA processes to align with industry-standard SDLC and SSDLC practices.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; drive resolutions with engineering teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and release management process.
  • Take ownership of product quality across staging, production, and post-release validation.

Requirements

2+ years experience in software QA/QC engineering or test automation.

Hands-on knowledge of:

  • Selenium WebDriver (Java, Python, or JS)
  • Postman, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON
  • JMeter or K6 for performance/load testing
  • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Jenkins)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, functional and non-functional testing, regression, and acceptance testing.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, etc.).
  • Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and documentation discipline.
