The Software Engineer role, part of the Solution Test Team, will help develop and implement a fully automated platform for end-to-end solution testing in a purpose-built cloud environment.
Your development experience will contribute to automating the infrastructure and test management systems necessary for comprehensive workflow and real-world scenario testing across our integrated product suites to deliver high quality medical software products.
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within Canada as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Take direction from the Solution Test Automation Manager and works with them to understand requirements and intended designs
  • Develop/code software components for a test management system which includes load generation, data management, test automation execution, and reporting capabilities
  • Automate the scalable cloud infrastructure required to support running tests, including load generators and data management tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and continuously improve the systems delivered
  • Incorporate the use of AI appropriately to speed efficiency, quality, and outcomes in the SDLC process

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in software development with languages like Python
  • 1+ years of experience in developing solutions in GCP or another cloud platform
  • 1+ years of experience in developing and implementing RESTful services and APIs
  • 1+ years of experience with SDLC and the role of the testing phase

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with peers and stakeholders

Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $61,400 to $127,500 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
