- Role Summary: As an Automation Software Engineer, you will have a direct impact on the next generation of great games and experiences. You will contribute to the development and deployment of Automated Tests, as well as the planning and maintenance of automated testing infrastructure. Your role will be crucial in optimizing automation services for AAA scale distributed development.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Develop and deploy Automated Tests for game development and testing processes.
- Collaborate with Engine Leads, QA Lead, and Producers to drive the planning, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing infrastructure.
- Communicate with peers and partners to ensure the thoroughness and efficiency of test automation tools.
- Continuously optimize automation services and tools for AAA scale distributed development.
- Contribute to cross-team collaboration and actively participate in improving best practices.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in DevOps services.
- Strong web-based technologies development skills.
- Cross-team collaboration experience.
- Proficiency in C# and Python for tool development.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Unreal Engine or similar game engines.
- Familiarity with Azure or similar Cloud Services.
