As our first Social Media Marketer at Hiive, you’ll join a rapidly growing marketing organization to work on projects across multiple teams, audiences and channels. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies, building active listening programs, creating engaging content, and managing our social media presence.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

  • Monitor social media channels for investor and seller interest, industry influencer commentary, customer reviews, news, competitor activity and more.

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.

  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage our reputation on reviews sites such as TrustPilot

  • Support the development of social media ad campaigns and promotions.

  • Help analyze social media data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in social media messaging.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and engaging content.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.

  • Intellectually curious and ambitious

  • Enthusiastic about efficiency, process, and data.
