A growing 7-figure e-commerce brand is looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee and execute its organic social media strategy. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who can manage content creation, engagement, and influencer collaborations while driving traffic and brand awareness. A passion for puzzles is highly desirable, as it aligns with the brand's core audience.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management – Schedule and post content on Meta, TikTok, and Reddit to drive engagement and visibility.

Content Editing – Edit social media graphics using Canva/Adobe (video editing a plus, but not required).

Creative Strategy – Develop and implement ideas to increase organic traffic and brand engagement.

Community Engagement – Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster a strong community.

Influencer Marketing – Manage influencer partnerships, coordinating 20-30 product send-outs per month.

Performance Tracking – Analyze content performance and metrics to optimize strategies.

Collaboration – Work with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

Internal Communication – Coordinate with the team via Telegram for smooth collaboration.

Qualifications

2+ years in social media management, community building, or influencer marketing.

Proven experience managing content on Meta and TikTok (Reddit a plus).

Proficient in Canva/Adobe or similar tools; video editing skills a plus.

Strong ability to develop and execute content ideas aligned with brand goals.
