Job Description
In this position you will join a fast-paced team delivering new, cutting-edge SoC's for Solidigm Solid State Drives (SSD). You will ensure that the SoC meets the quality needs and requirements of our internal and external customers, working closely with a wide variety of system disciplines (SoC designers, micro-architects, firmware, etc.) to understand the use cases. You will use and gain experience in storage interface standards such as NVMe and PCIe. The role also offers regular opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and geographies.
As a verification-focused ASIC engineer, regular responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create test and execution plans, ensuring that Solidigm’s products will be successful
- Use industry-standard methodologies such as UVM, embedded C-based FW co-simulation, and formal property verification
- Continuously investigate new tools and technologies

Qualifications
- Linux experience
- Languages: C, C++, Python, Java, Verilog (or VHDL), SystemVerilog
- Verification methodologies: UVM, Formal Property Verification
- Object-oriented programming experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year related/relevant experience (including internships)
- Familiarity with performing functional verification
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Science, etc.
- Prior experience with storage products, or PCIe, NVMe, NAND protocols
- Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to track and manage project execution

Salary Range: $75,350- $112,990 CAD
The actual compensation offered will be based on individual skills, qualifications, and experience. We strive to ensure that all employees are compensated fairly and in line with market standards.
