Join our clients Managed Services Transformation project. You’ll design and implement ServiceNow architecture that drives operational efficiency and scalability for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and document ServiceNow architecture aligned with business requirements.
- Lead technical solutioning for ServiceNow modules and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure platform scalability.
- Define best practices for configuration, customization, and security.
- Conduct architecture reviews and performance optimization.
- Support migration and upgrade strategies for ServiceNow environments.
- Ensure compliance with IBM and client standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as Application Architect with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
- Ability to design complex integrations and workflows.
- Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
- ServiceNow Certified Application Architect or similar certification.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for integrations.
