We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time ServiceNow Lead to join our IT team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Support Services, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the end-to-end process from requirements gathering and solution design to go-live to ensure business objectives are met and that maximum value of the ServiceNow platform is achieved.  You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to continuously enhance the platform to improve the user experience and enhance operational efficiency
You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, and ServiceNow partner to develop a roadmap focusing on innovation, automation, and process improvement.

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable, well-documented solutions.

• Developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow solutions for new and existing implementations.

• Guiding stakeholders through solution design and implementation, including unit testing and implementation plans.

• Configuring interfaces between ServiceNow and other applications and ensuring thorough testing to meet functional and technical requirements.

• Providing day-to-day support that includes managing incidents, driving problem solving, and collaborating with business partners to improve existing implementations and business processes.

• Planning and implementing enhancements and system upgrades.

• Working closely with business partners to revisit existing implementations and identify opportunities for improvement of business processes.

You have:

• A degree or diploma in computer science or information technology.

• 5 or more years of experience in ServiceNow implementation including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules; custom applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.

• 3 or more years of experience working with JavaScript, XML, HTML.

• Strong knowledge of agile & waterfall methodologies.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications is an asset.

• Experienced in integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Integration Hub is an asset.

• ITIL Foundations Certification V3 or V4 is an asset.

• An excellent communicator, both verbal and written and can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Able to mentor, set direction, align, motivate, and inspire others.

• Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and adept at problem-solving.

• Able to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Compensation Details:

$92,880.00 - $116,100.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
