Real Estate Webmasters (REW) is on the hunt for a high-performing SEO Specialist to join our high-tech Agency team. We are looking for a 'digital guru' and 'writer extraordinaire' who can blend the nitty-gritty of data analytics with a creative flair for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Write and proofread compelling, high-quality content for real estate websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Search Engine Marketing: Optimize content and recommend changes to website architecture, formatting, and linking to improve organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Client Management: Independently manage multiple clients' digital marketing strategies and serve as a professional liaison via email and verbal communication.
  • Leadership & Training: Oversee project teams and train colleagues on new SEO techniques.
  • AI Innovation: Actively participate in REW's AI initiative by using AI tools to assess and develop content, as well as identifying opportunities for internal efficiencies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Writing, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • Writing Excellence: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven track record of published digital or print work.
  • AI Fluency: A strong comfort level with AI technology and a genuine excitement for building and scaling AI-driven processes.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, and social media marketing.
  • Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and adjust thinking to meet changing job requirements.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: $55,000 CAD annually + 3 weeks vacation
